Are you a new client or new to working with a VA? Don't know where to start? That's okay, we'll walk you through it. Just follow these steps...

Each of these steps will open a new window so you don't lose your place. Once you've completed a step, just close the window and come back to this page.

TIP: If you're a client or considering becoming a client, our Client Resources page in the menu tab is going to be your best friend. Everything you'll need as a client or client-to-be can be found there.

  1. Review our Terms & Conditions of Service
  2. Familiarize yourself with our website and view our Service Details page for sample task requests
  3. View our Plans & Pricing page for different plans and decide which is best for your needs and budget
  4. Sign up (a simple client questionnaire to get you entered into the system)  You will receive an email confirmation along with a Welcome Packet, Retainer deposit fee request (if applicable), and Service Contract (if applicable) that will need to be reviewed, signed and returned within 48 hours.
  5. Register on the site as a user. This allows you to access more features of the site including viewing invoices and online bill pay.

That's it! That's all there is to it! We will contact you for a brief consultation after you sign up and before we send the Welcome Packet, Retainer deposit request, and Service Contract.
