If you haven't done so already, we'll contact you to do a briefing and on-boarding so you understand how we work and we can gain a little more knowledge on your virtual assistance needs.

Step 3

Receiving Handbook & Login Credentials

You'll receive an e-mail with a client handbook and login credentials for the client portal once we receive your application.

Step 4

Login to the Portal

Login to the portal using the login credentials e-mailed to you. Don't forget to change your password under "My Profile" tab. That's all there is to it!

Step 5

Send Your First Request

You may now start sending task requests, track the status of projects, track retainer hours (to the minute), and purchase additional hours right from the client dashboard. Collaboration with your virtual assistant is a breeze!
