The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with both clients and vendors. We are a small virtual administrative company located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area trying to expand our clientele base throughout the U.S. and need the help of a sales professional. As an independent Sales Rep, we don’t care how you do it, as long as it brings results and is carried out in a professional manner. This could be face-to-face, online, or both.

Note: We will provide you with any sales or marketing material you need including business cards, flyers, brochures, etc. We will also set you up with a company e-mail address.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets both face-to-face and online
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years’ of sales experience (preferably B2B)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must reside and be authorized to work in the U.S.
